The 4th EU-Africa Business Forum will take place 27-28 November 2010 (tentative) in Tripoli, Libya, at the margins of the 3rd Africa-EU Summit.

The Forum will bring together African and European business leaders representing multi-nationals, large corporations, small and medium-scale enterprises and confederations, multilateral and regional institutions. The Forum is supported by the European Commission and the African Union Commission, active forum members and other regional organizations. 

The forum is an integral part of the Joint Africa-EU Strategy (JEAS). Major African and European companies, as well as private sector organisations, seek to achieve the objectives of the JEAS through dialogue and coordinated actions.

The role of the EU-Africa Business Forum is defined in the Joint Africa-EU Strategy (JEAS) under the 3rd partnership on trade, regional integration and infrastructure.
